Those def aren’t pre-recorded lines, You can tell by the fact there is muffled sounds in between lines and there are sometimes different pitches. If it had pre-recorded lines, you would be able to take the batteries out (like fake play phones) and it would stop all power to the voice box. You can see that the phone uses a iPhone charger and there is no backing to take out the batteries unless you literally take it apart with tools used for fixing phones.
