hello !! I was just watching tictok videos and yours popped up.. I hope u don't mind me sharing something. I live in Michigan and 3 months ago after 7 hours sleep I woke up with a lump on my neck truly about the same size as yours. im single, have no kids and live alone so when i woke up I freaked out. I have a girlfriend that live 2 doors down from me and she said go to urgent care..... I wish I would have went to the ER instead. I was giving antibiotics and sent on my way,, then I went to my regular doctor who sent me to a ENT. after all the antibiotics and steroids is has gotten smaller but instead of the size of a softball, it went to the size of a baseball, now its the size of a golf ball (over 3 months). I have had 2 biopsies now and done every test they have. my pet scan was 2 days ago....they will be revealing the results next week to me. it is very unfortunate that they already know mine is cancer and I have surgery schedule in September in ann arbor. but I guess IM SO THANKFUL MICHIGAN IS SO CLOSE TO MY HOUSE.. I will know next week if it has spread anywhere im praying not. I hope im not being a bother, but when I was scrolling I saw your video and it looked very similar to me. I thought id give u a little insight into what I have found out. I truly wish u the best of luck and pray your results dont turn out anything like mine. 💯 God bless. I’m going to take a guess here 😂. I 100% think it’s a saliva gland / duct stone. The stone gets stuck and the gland fills up with saliva and gets worse when you try to eat! The oral surgeon has these long wires they use that get progressively larger and they go under your tongue into the duct with these long wires to unplug the duct…. I had this done!!! The stone was loosened and came out a few days later, it was stuck under my tongue in the saliva duct hole under my tongue! Crazy!

Mine was submandibular salivary gland that needed removal. Mine stayed swollen but would swell up worse after eating/drinking certain things. My ENT was great. About a two week recovery after removal. Prayers for you
