Yes, he is truly a hero. However, the phone call that he received that call is truly the hero that was on the other side as well. My mother came to the school to pick up her child because she had also heard. So with two pieces of information and as he has said, the friend who called was reliable. So he did not waste a second and he saved everyone's lives, but if that call had not come, they would've been washed away nine minutes later.
