There is nowhere in the Bible God called polygamy sin. It's just a misinterpretation of preachers with little knowledge. in Genesis Onan was told to marry a second wife who was a widow, the man refused because he didn't want to have the second family with another woman beside his first wife, God Himself killed Onan son of Judah. In Exodus Moses decided to add another wife from Cush( present Sudan) after marrying Zipporah daughter of Jethro a Midian in Saudi Arabia. Aaron and Mariam fought Moses for becoming a polygamous, God came down and defended Moses by saying he speaks with Moses directly and not in dreams like others. God hit Mariam with Leprosy for trying to condemn Moses of polygamy. Abraham was a friend of God in spite of having two wives, Sarah and Hagar. Polygamy wasn't an old testament issue, it started earlier and thereafter. David was a man after God's heart and had 8 wives. Many so called Christians are misguided by the scripture that says.. And the two shall become one flesh. The two here don't mean two persons but gender. it's the two genders.. Male and female that should marry to become one. Elvis and this lady would not have sinned if they married but because we have been falsely radicalised with bad doctrines, we end up messing.
