Why is everyone complaining that VAR gave a goal that shouldn't have counted? The rule is clear, shit rule but it is the right decision. In real time Maguire put his hands up in front of his body to protect himself from a ball or a boot in the face. Get over it, last season we had many bad decisions go against us. It's football. If it was your team, you wouldn't be moaning about it! We would have still won anyway so onwards and upwards.🤣

Been the rule for ages. Happened last season during a West Ham v Brighton last minute. Brighton player handled it, shots hits his mate and goes in. Wasn’t ruled out.

It's a crap rule and needs looking at, but the as the rules stand atm the refs got it right. . I would be annoyed if it held been against utd ... it does need changing. . Any handball accidental or not should be free kick/pen, take the refs discretion out of it and make the rule so much simpler.

It’s just cause it wasn’t on target so he isnt last man to touch it, therefore, normal hand ball rules count and not last man handball rules, so since he didn’t make his frame larger it isnt a handball

tbf they said tielemans pen claim wasnt a pen because they're being tougher on pens this season (i dont think it was a pen) but Liverpool have had a soft one given for them and against them already this season so im confused
