He still bullied him… even if it was normalised to bully people that are quirkless he still made dekus life in middle school miserable. Also in the show we can see that dekus other classmates would laugh at him snd everything but no one else except bakugo bullied him to the point of telling him to end his life

Bakugo is my favorite character I’ll defend him till my last breath. His past actions were obviously wrong, but he carried that guilt around for so long. He apologized and became a better person in the end, his character development is very important to me. Bakugo didn’t hate Deku for the sole reason of being quirkless, being quirkless is important, but he hated Deku because he was more heroic than Bakugo would ever be despite being quirkless.
