I have too many triggers. I had a Brain MRI done and it was normal. I get it from stress, smells, allergies, computer screens, crying, hunger, being sleepy, being hot, and more. Why do I keep getting migraines almost daily? How do I prevent it? I am going to go see a neurologist but is there anything natural that can help? Sometimes grapes and cantaloupe can help. And combined with dark rooms and ice pack. But how do I prevent them??

Where’s part 2? I once got a migraine by smelling a fragrance sample in a magazine. I’ve never experienced such a thing. First I said something that I wasn’t even thinking and then the burst of light and the the start of the headache. Since then I’m very sensitive to certain fragrance perfume and men’s colognes.
