My doctor put me on a PPI and I KNEW this was not going to work out, never took it. Figured out I have MCAS, on my own. Treating it ON MY OWN, and feel much better. No more acid reflux. They really do just throw those PPIs at everyone without digging into root causes at all.

Sadly I have GERD and if I don’t take it I’ll suffer, everything gives me heartburn to the point they were worried about esophageal cancer 😭😭😭😭😭😭
