@cring1319: #Bhutan #DisasterPreparedness 🇳🇵 NEPAL — A WAKE-UP CALL FOR BHUTAN 🇧🇹 What happened in Nepal is heartbreaking. 💔🙏 But it should also make us pause and think that Bhutan and Nepal share the Himalayan environment—steep mountains, deep valleys, powerful rivers, and communities living close to nature. This does NOT mean Bhutan will face the same disaster. But it reminds us that nature can change in moments. Are our roads, bridges, settlements and early-warning systems prepared? Let's not wait for a tragedy to remind us that preparedness matters. Nepal's pain should be our reminder. 🇳🇵🙏🇧🇹 Prepare today. Protect tomorrow. #DisasterPreparedness #Bhutan

It’s a matter of when 😳 I believe our government already woke from that disaster in Nepal besides the earthquake that happened too in Nepal. I want to believe that our government officials who go out of the country to train themselves to deal with such disasters are well prepared.
