Google maps, Google earth, I’m scoping out the area in advance, I’m not taking any chances, I’ve got back up parking places for the back up parking places

And you’ll slow down to look for a space because you don’t know the area and then immediately someone will pull up behind you and it will be the most impatient driver to ever exist which makes you stress even more as you are now being tailgated on top of everything else

Google maps - I need to know which roads I’m going down, do I need to go in any tight spaces, how am I gonna park? Do I need to reverse between any cars? Are there blind spots? I GOTTA KNOW WHAT IS APPROACHING

my absolute worst fear is turning up somewhere and the car park is full and you've got to slowly roll around the car park hoping you can track someone walking back to their car and get it before anyone else.

I don't have driving anxiety as a new driver just anxiety if there's gonna be anywhere easy to park

One times maps led me to a carpark that was still in the process of being built. Just a full construction site

My driving instructor used to moan at me pulling into the first available space on my street. Said years from now I'd be battling out like the rest of the neighbours. 10yrs on and the jokes on him 😆

When I checked and rechecked the parking situation and the car park WASN’T THERE and it was a busy city centre and I had to catch an expensive train and I lost my shit
