I had this issue the other day and he was so rude and when I pointed at the Boston hydroponic lettuce, he’s like yeah!! That’s what I was telling you!! I was like no you literally just asked for butter lettuce but okay

I always just point to where the containers are of the organic salads are and say, if we had it, it'd be over there and then walk away. sometimes they are looking for the packaging and they're telling you the wrong product😒
