My 3 year old daughter always wants to hold hands and wants me to sing her a lullaby as she falls asleep. Today I snapped and said no you need to sleep. I was so touched out and overwhelmed. She fell asleep and I woke her back up to tell her to hold my hand 😭😭😭😭 I felt so guilty and felt like such a bad mom.

Girl I feel you ! One time I got so stressed I raised my voice at my newborn and it scared him and the way he was crying literally broke my heart I started crying with him as well I felt like the worst mom

i did this too and i got the worst mom guilt every night. i suddenly realized that most of the time i was angry because i expected my child to know what to do. i was like wtf. he’s literally a child, he doesnt know anything.

i had to flush out my daughter nose in the tub bc she’s so stopped up and she HATES it so she was crying saying mommy no the whole time and bc she’s crying she literally chokes on the solution and i had to pat her back so hard and when she was done she was like all done mommy i wanna take a nap now and i felt so bad bc i was so frustrated she was fighting it and it was so evident on my face and then her little voice broke my heart and so basically that has been beating me up for three days now and i’m extra hormonal bc im pregnant and i just hate having to be the one to do the hard things so she feels better and isn’t sick anymore.
