when i was at uni & had a few casual hook ups, it’s actually surprising how none of them asked me if i was on birth control & they never used condoms. obviously i was on birth control, i also cringe when i think back, at how risky it was STI wise & that it wasn’t something i thought of all them years ago 🫠

This!! And I think it’s pertinent as well that, within a relationship, you need to have the conversation about what you would do in the event of an unplanned pregnancy. I unfortunately know too many women, including myself, who ended up with either a pregnancy scare or an unplanned pregnancy and were pushed into decisions they would not have otherwise made had they been on the same page in the first place.

I am bad at taking the pill! I am a very-very responsible woman, I own a house on my own and have a healthy career and no children in my early 30’s. And I forget all the flipping time to take that damn pill. There are lots and lots of women just like me. It is truly so crazy to trust a strange woman on vibes - you don’t know, maybe I’m using you for your sperm! (I am not, but it’s possible.)

Guys, if a girlie tells you she “thinks” she’s infertile, wrap it UP!!!! This usually just means she’s been careless but extremely fortunate in the past. An old friend of mine thought she couldn’t get pregnant …. right up until she got that positive test. She’s now a mother of two.
