Yes my boy just had dropsy as well I believe he was already sick when I got him from pet smart & I gave him a espom salt bath for 20 minutes , and put him in his hospital tank after with Kanaplex & hes wayyy better! No pine coning at all , the first photo was him when he was sick & the second one is him today , if you have a filter or heater it would be good to add those especially cause cooler water slows them down in many ways. She definitely appears better , it’s okay she’s not hungry atm it’s best to fast her anyways during this time. Hoping for the best 🩷🙌 Best wishes 🤍

i think it's time to euthanize. it's been a while now and prolonging the suffering at this point. also, if they recover they usually die within a couple months at best. sorry 😞
