here's Lindsay's kids Cora, Dawson, Callan according to Amy.
Rest in peace little ones.

I have never been one to hate others, but this whole case has me feeling actual HATRED toward the people that are dragging this grieving father through the mud.

There’s nothing Patrick can do that wouldn’t be a gateway for a conspiracy theory or just blatantly false accusation. This is a horrific tragedy. I don’t blame him for selling the house under market value & leaving the state. There was nothing left for him.

that town has only 18,000 people. not a very big town it’s not that weird for a former da to buy it considering

I genuinely believe that people think this trial is Patrick V Lindsey the way they villainize him. Some of the comments I’ve read honestly come across like they think Patrick is apart of the prosecution

This comment section is wild. Anyone actually watching the trial can see the double standards are insane here 😭. Lindsay haters say it’s physically impossible for Patrick to be involved based on the 20-minute CVS window so therefore he’s completely innocent and she’s evil, but completely ignore that hospital testimony confirmed Lindsay’s core body temperature was a dangerously low 82.1°F, a massive drop that basic math shows is equally impossible after just 15 to 20 minutes outside in the snow. If it’s impossible for Patrick to be in two places at once it’s also impossible for her body temperature to drop that low that quickly. Therefore the timeline does not add up! She had to be out there much longer. Screaming "she's pure evil" based on cherrypicked narrative points when there are timeline holes on both sides that people refuse to look at with any critical thinking. At the end of the day, have they proven beyond reasonable doubt that she committed the murders? No. There’s too many holes. Not enough evidence. Equally have they proven that Patrick did it? Also no! Probably due to the lack of investigation when this happened. Also he’s not on trial. They needed to do a thorough investigation and they failed to do so. Just because people are open minded enough to see the holes in the arguments doesn’t mean they’re a “TikTok conspiracist”. 🙄 Everyone deserves a fair trial.

As a real estate agent, I can confirm 💯💯 what you’re saying. I’m located in CA, but a property with this kind of tragic history would need to be sold off market to avoid public attention. There are also many buyers, possibly most, who would not buy a property where violent deaths have occurred. Even when there is a peaceful, natural death inside a property, such as an elderly person who passed, there are still buyers (particularly in certain cultures) who would never consider purchasing the home.

There’s a million reasons why he’s not innocent. The house is simply a conflict of interest.

It’s no fun selling a house where anyone died, let alone 3 CHILDREN. It’s kind of lucky that it sold at all!!

I purchased a murder house in a small Massachusetts town less than 20 miles from there. It was still WELL below market value 2 years after the crime.

It makes sense to me that someone with experience as a DA also might be a bit more comfortable than the average buyer buying a home in which three people were killed.

Also, as an attorney, working in that area he likely had the mental ability to remove the tragedy from the value of the house. Which probably made Patrick all the more comfortable to sell to him knowing he wasn’t going to turn it into some cuckoo bananas shrine.

If he had stayed there he’d be judged because “what kind of person can sleep in the house their kids were Kd in!?” He can’t win. He can’t even be left alone to live his life after one of the most unimaginable traumas ever.
