nah benar kan masih banyak yg belum tau,, sini sata kasih resep buat tape singkong 🍠 Bahan 1 kg singkong 1 butir ragi tape (±4–5 gram), haluskan 1–2 sdm gula pasir (opsional, kalau suka lebih manis) 👨‍🍳 Cara membuat Kupas singkong, lalu cuci sampai bersih. Potong-potong sesuai selera, kemudian kukus sekitar 25–30 menit sampai matang tetapi jangan sampai terlalu lembek/hancur. Angkat dan dinginkan sampai benar-benar suhu ruang. ⚠️ Ini penting—jangan menaburkan ragi saat singkong masih panas karena ragi bisa mati. Taburkan ragi tape yang sudah dihaluskan secara merata ke seluruh permukaan singkong. Susun singkong dalam wadah yang bersih dan kering, lalu tutup rapat. Simpan di tempat yang hangat dan tidak terkena matahari langsung. Fermentasikan 2–3 hari. 2 hari → rasa manis, tekstur masih agak padat. 3 hari → lebih lembut, berair, aroma tape lebih kuat. Setelah jadi, masukkan kulkas supaya fermentasinya melambat. 🔥 Tips biar tape berhasil Jangan menggunakan singkong yang sudah terlalu tua/keras. Peralatan harus bersih dan kering. Singkong harus benar-benar dingin sebelum diberi ragi. Jangan terlalu banyak ragi—bisa membuat tape terasa pahit atau terlalu menyengat. Jangan sering membuka wadah selama fermentasi. Kalau muncul jamur berwarna hijau, hitam, atau bau busuk, jangan dikonsumsi.
