@amandarisdal: RDL form has a lot to do with your anatomy, length of your tibia, etc. some people can risk injury while going after depth, it’s important to understand your own anatomy before training 🫶 #dreambody #athomeworkout #rdls #glutesworkout #gymmistakes
I’m 5’10 with long legs. Thank you for saying this! Got me doing the bend and snaps going too low 😭

I have to go super deep otherwise I feel nothing because my hammies are super flexible. It almost becomes a Jefferson curl if I’m not careful lol

I've been telling people this, find your active zone and move slowly. you dont even have to go all the way back up

So true! I had sooooo much back pain in the beginning because I was going down too low. I'm really short and I barely hit the top of my knees before I hinge forward again. When I watch myself in the mirror, it looks like I'm barely moving my hips back 😆 but it really works because I feel it fully in my glutes now, when in the past, it'd just be my lower back aching 😂

I have long legs so I never tried going lower. I injured myself when I first started rdl and going below my knees.
