basic cake mix is...4oz of butter ,4oz of sugar , 4oz of flour and 2 eggs mix all together add whatever flavour you want ie vanilla,coffee ect and bang you have a Vicky sponge mix xx

that's a pineapple cake not a pineapple upside down cake. You have pineapple on the top cooked on the bottom hence the name. This is a pineapple upside down cake. It looks good tho
