A Pittsburgh-area mother is speaking out after she says her 2-month-old daughter was exposed to measles during a routine appointment at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Lauren Shoup says the hospital notified her days after the visit, but health care staff initially failed to provide clear guidance on quarantine protocols when they returned for an appointment.
