Rasuwa lies upstream and closer to the location of the landslide. It bore the brunt of the flooding, with roads washed away. More than four days later, residents say they are still isolated. There is no electricity, no roads to go anywhere, and relief has not reached in their area. With power still out, many residents say they have struggled to stay in touch with relatives.
