I used to work at a preschool that was previously an old church. I was closing one night and was the last out of the building. I turned off all the lights, locked the door and walked to my car. I turned to look back at the building and in one of the rooms a light was on. I swear I saw a skinny man in a tall top hat. It scared me and I stared for a while, but refused to go back. I told a teacher about it on Monday morning. But I didn’t think much of it. She tells me I need to tell the teacher of that classroom. I had no idea why but I do. That teacher looks at me shocked when I did. Apparently all the kids (3-4yos) have woken up several times over the years claiming to see this man and I’m the only adult who has ever seen him.

I was like 6y/o, my school was very close to my house and I snuck out to see the family dog, it was very sick and I was worried all the time (the dog died a few weeks later btw). I had no keys but my parents had to be working so I jumped the backside wall and opened the backdoor (there was a key my brother hid for emergencies). I get inside and I saw a woman in like a white satin pajamas, no shoes smoking a cigarette in the kitchen, she was scared for a sec but suddenly got mad about me, she knew who I was, my family, she told me about my mom and brother and how disappointed they will be if they knew I snuck from school, besides I was almost paralyzed because of her Pressence, but I was a kid and she treat me to told my mom I snuck out if I stay or I if told anyone I saw her, I heard some noises in the upper floor and I get a little scared, so I leave the house running back to school. As a kid I didn't understand at all what happened and who was that woman that knew me and my family, BUT like ten years later, after my parents divorced, my dad introduced me to his new girlfriend,THE SAME WOMAN, she acts like it was the first time we met, probably she forgot that incident, I never told him about that incident. He passed away a few years ago and the last thing I told her new wife was I still remember when I saw her in my house eating my mom's food, she got ashamed and we never talked again. For years I thought she was like a ghost or a bad dream, but she was just my dad's lover.

My brother died in 2016. I had my first ever panic attack a few months later and it kept happening consistently. I was sent home early from work one day because I could not calm down and anyone who has had a severe attack like that can tell you, when it’s over you feel AWFUL. I fell asleep on the couch and the love seat was a little behind it up against another wall. I woke up (or thought I had) in the same spot at the same time wearing the same clothes and watching the same movie. Except, I could feel someone in the room with me so I turned to see my brother sitting on the love seat. I remember saying to him how I just didn’t feel right and I thought something was wrong with me. He just gave me a small smile and didn’t say anything but I remember almost feeling him say, “it’s ok, you’re ok.” I woke up for real what felt like a few minutes later and was completely baffled. I didn’t have another panic attack after that though. That was the most vivid dream I have ever had. I can usually tell when I’m dreaming but not that time.

Had my puppy in his kennel and was cleaning in another room with my partner. At the same time we both heard a male voice say “you’re a good boy aren’t you?” And came into the room to our pup excited and wagging his tail like someone was just with him

My cousin slept over when I was little, I let her have the bed and I had a sleeping bag on the floor. I woke up to the tv on and her talking to me, she was asking me to turn it off. Still drowsy I got up and walked to the tv only to realise it was off, when I turned around my cousin was asleep and I was looking at myself asleep too. To this day I don’t really know if I was very vividly dreaming or having some sort of out of body experience lol the minds a funny thing

Never told anyone this but I had a dream that I was driving down a road late at night, but I could barely see anything. I wasn’t even old enough to drive yet. In the dream, I kept passing a man wearing a long coat on the side of the road. Every time I passed him, he seemed to get closer and closer. Eventually, when I passed him again, he was suddenly inside the car with me and started accelerating the car. I tried to make him stop, but then I hit something big, which woke me up. Later that same night, at the exact same time I had the dream, a man was struck by a car and died… on the exact same road I had been dreaming about. That still creeps me out to this day. 😭

Slide 9. When I was 16, I got hit on at a high school basketball game. I was selling 50/50 raffle tickets to the crowd. Some dude in his 40s asked me how old I was. By then, I knew to lie when asked that question. The younger you are, the less likely they are to keep perusing you. I told the guy I was 14, and he said, “Not looking like that you’re not!” And then my father, who the man had NO idea was sitting right behind him, leaned in and asked if he had a fucking problem. Never seen someone move seats so quickly.

there was a HUGE.... idk what you call it. not a field. just dead weeds and a train track, behind my apartments. on the other side was houses. when i was about 11 or 12, I would walk across to go visit friends often after school. one night, some assholes were off roading, spotted me walking home through the field, and decided trying to run me over would be a fun game. I still remember the feeling of the wind of their truck barely missing me. i ran back into the neighborhood and they followed me. i hid under a table in a nearby park while they drove around screaming and hollering for me. i still remember the feeling when they finally left, and I had to go back through the field to pick up my backpack that I had thrown (they ran over it). i still remember how terrible i felt. men.

I had a dream, and then I woke up and checked my phone. It said ‘find the killer’ or some shit like that, big red letters. I entered my sisters room and she was lying on the ground and my mom had a knife. She walked closer to me, chased me. Then I woke up again and went to shower. I found a baby in the shower, so I put it in the sink because I didn’t know where else. I left it there, and forgot about it. When I went to check on it, it was dead. Then I turned around and my mom’s face started shifting in this really odd, uncanny way. Then I woke up again, and I was scared. But when I went into the bathroom, the dead baby was still there. I checked it, and it was a toy. It had like like a digital screen, in its neck. It said ‘you lost’ or something like that. Then I woke up again, like actually woke up. My sister announced she was pregnant that day, and then a few weeks later she had a miscarriage.

Up until last year, I believed I saw my uncle in a chair with half of his skull. He didn’t talk he just sat there, I asked (in my head) why he didn’t say anything and what happened to him but no answer. Never knew how he passed until last yr, my aunt said he had a brain aneurysm and never made it out the hospital 😔 she said he wanted to visit you before he went.

It’s stuck with me to this day honestly. I was a teen. Probably 14 ish. Swimming at my friends house and it was evening but not dark. Like 5 ish. I told my friend I was gonna float on my back for a little she said ok cool. I close my eyes and float on my back… I swear I only close my eyes for what feels like 5 minutes and when I opened them again it was dark outside and my friend was telling me we needed to go in. 😭😭 Scared me and I could never explain it and I can’t tell anyone cause I’d sound crazy

i once had a sleep paralysis and it genuinely is as scary as people say it is. They are not lying. I could see shadows of alien like creatures. and i felt like i was chained up. To make it even worse, i was laying on my stomach so I was struggling to breath too.

Not long after my mom passed away I had an extremely vivid dream where she came to me. she said she couldn't talk to me but that she was watching over me and I pressed it and tried to get her to talk to me she panicked and said she wasn't allowed to talk to me and that when a crazy sound ringing sound and flash of light woke me up. except that when I opened my eyes that was a bright light shining in my window and my dogs were standing up and acting like they heard the noise as well
