my first senior passed 2 months after I got him it broke my heart so bad , he was the sweetest thing I needed in that moment , iloveyou dizzy (kirara to me )

We adopted a little senior girl, we think about 15 or older, named Abby last year from the shelter. She was skin and bones, dumped by her owners for being old. We had the best 6 days together, she had a full belly, and the comfiest bed to sleep in at night. Those 6 days she knew nothing but love. Losing her was absolutely awful.

I fostered a hospice dog recently. He was with me for about a month before he felt he was ready to go:( I miss him so much. He was deaf and blind- walked into things. Barked a lot. But man- I would do it all over again.

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!!❤️❤️❤️. Seniors are one of the most overlooked in shelters. 5 years ago I partnered with a local rescue to foster a 12 yr old pitty that was on the euthanasia list with mast cell tumors all over her body. We didn’t know what the outcome would be, but that girl ended up being my foster fail & we had almost 4 years together. 🥰
