iam 20 years clean from heroine crack diazipam and valium. it took me 3 years to wake up and realise i wake each morning in a mess. shaking sick .then i needed money to get stuff its a horrible life .but when adicted your mind is on your next fix .I couldn't do it on my own i got put into a hospital to come of the drugs and I done it .but the hardest part is staying of drugs .but I done it 20 years .and if i can do it anyone can because I was realy on it hard co 🙏🙏🙏

20 years on heroin broke my life and my family then I dead and my mum found me and I come back to life and seen the hurt in my mums eyes and that was a enough so I stop and got off the drugs 💔 and come back to myself xxx
