I was using your system for 2 weeks same products and the alcohol mouthwash made my mouth very dry and I seem to have developed oral thrush or candida (white film on tongue). I’m not sure what to do, it is indeed the alcohol drying and makes my teeth sensitive. I’m a perio patient.

this past month ive started using your method. ive used the dr plotkas toothbrushes for more than a year now but i started your whole system and LOVE it!! thank you so much!!! im excited to see how my teeth will improve in time. my daughter is 6, ive started her on the crest paste (not the kids, I have her on the adult paste im using) and the kids act i believe watermelon flavor with the kids dr plotkas toothbrush. should I also add in xylitol to her toothpaste? and we are both chewing your gum and using the mints after meals or drinks.
