I make close to $200,000 a year. I got a $365,000 house at 3.99% fixed. I put 20% down on a conventional loan, seller paid closing. So I took and immediately dropped a extra $25,000 payment towards principal since I had that extra. I pay bi weekly and any every other week I pay an extra payment towards principal bc I make a 91 hour check. I'll do this as long as I can. If I go to another job where I make less I'll just make my normal payments until I'm making more again. I'll pay it off in 7-15 years 💪☺️
