Accurate. I posted a hiking video. Casually mentioned i forgot snacks in the car. Its was 1.5mile hike, I had kids with me. This older woman went crazy calling me fat and lazy, that the hike didnt require snacks OR water and I needed to stay away from wilderness. Like.......Are you okay?? 😂😂

This is so so facts and thank you boss for even sharing this too especially as I am starting to pull myself Moore out there with my content and then also with the things that I’m talking about and then also taking the advice of my mentors and coaches and doubling down on the things which people do find interesting and want to hear more about like it is also so freaking scary because you are essentially putting yourself out there. You are putting your views out there from the public to dissect and to critique and assembly that already has to deal with a public facing job on two different fronts. I work in marketing and PR as well as I’m also an actor like it is such a process every day for me to wake up and say that you know what like today I’m gonna create some things. I wanna put some things out there and it’s OK if there’s some people that don’t resonate or don’t like it or don’t like me right because of things that I either cannot change it because of things that I’ve concluded and that takes a lot of work so for anybody that does read this and listen to this video and like save this and like this because it is so important for you to do the work behind the scenes like I’ve for myself at least I’ve got a therapist. I also have a visibility coach and energy coach that help remind me of my goals. I also attached to an agency and also talent manager, which helped guide me in my decision-making process and also how I go about with my own personal PR as I call it as we build this personal brand… But yeah, this can get exhausting and it’s so important to establish and trust your self-esteem and sense of confidence
