How I build with Claude 👇 Academy in bio 🔗 Chapter indicator that follows the scroll, step by step: 1. Every section gets data-chapter="01" and data-title="Welcome". Read them from the DOM, never keep a second array in your JS. One source of truth or they drift apart the moment you reorder a section. 2. const io = new IntersectionObserver(callback, { rootMargin: '-50% 0px -50% 0px', threshold: 0 }). Those two negative 50% values collapse the viewport into a single line across the middle of the screen. The section crossing that line is the active one. 3. That rootMargin trick is the whole thing. With a normal threshold two sections are visible at once and the label flickers between them. 4. Stars on top: a canvas with 300 dots, alpha 0.2 to 0.9, radius 0.4 to 1.2, plus a slow sine twinkle. 13. Grain over everything: SVG feTurbulence with type fractalNoise, baseFrequency 0.8, opacity 0.04, mix-blend-mode: overlay. That grain is what stops a big gradient from banding into visible stripes.
