He’s not wrong. In the UK, we have a monarchy - we cannot vote for the head of state, we can’t even vote for his Prime Minister. All we get to vote for is a party - Blue, Red, Green, etc. but the policies end up the same - tax, tax, tax. We have no say in any of the laws of the country. If we disagree with anything, we can petition but it is ignored. You could even be arrested for posts like this. But hey we’re ‘democratic’ 🤣
