Her thermal videos are not real * Thermal cameras detect infrared radiation from surfaces, not the heat “inside” an object.
* A latex balloon would show the temperature of its outer surface. You generally wouldn’t see the person’s body/face clearly through an opaque balloon.
* The thermal image also appears to have inconsistent shapes/positions compared with the three balloons in the normal image.
* Most importantly, the large balloon covering the person should act as a thermal barrier: the camera should see the balloon’s surface, not a detailed hot body underneath it.
So the likely giveaway is that the thermal image has been edited, composited, or otherwise doesn’t represent a genuine thermal-camera view.
