In a bowl, mix milk, yeast, sugar, oil, and egg until well combined. 2. Add flour and salt, mix until a soft dough forms. 3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour, until doubled. 4. Roll the dough into a rectangle. 5. Mix butter, garlic, and parsley, then spread over the dough. 6. Sprinkle mozzarella on top, roll tightly, and cut into 5 rolls using thread. 7.
