@sagittariusonfire: As a CPTSD survivor, I can’t always function like everyone else. My body’s trauma responses create real struggles and limitations. Learning not to beat myself up for my flaws is one of the hardest parts of healing. — A CPTSD Survivor I’m not weak—I’m relearning how to live after surviving what changed me. I have limits now, and respecting them is how I prevent burnout and keep healing. I won’t destroy myself trying to meet someone else’s version of “normal.” #fyp #cptsdwarrior #cptsdawareness #HealingJourney #mentalhealthadvocate
I still struggle with everything ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹

For sure. Especially medical professionals do not understand this. My son is in the hospital and part of my not being able to stay over night with him is CPTSD. The staff do not understand and treat me differently because of that
