Grew up going to greenbelt was so excited when i heard u was going !! me and my girl friends where right at the front on the Friday show! we absolutely loved it from start to finish, and we were singing ‘all the stars they are alined🎶’ whilst we packed our tents down today easily the best show ive seen at greenbelt, and with concussion?! you are a rockstar. hope you feel better soon💚

Post concussion syndrome sucks, like really sucks. But our brains and bodies are insane. I got a concussion back in December just slipping in my house. It led to daily migraines, losing words, finding every day tasks challenging (husband has been amazing), balance, pretty much everything. But…. I did my masters dissertation between Jan and May, got my distinction and graduated in July. I had to ask for help, a lot. But it gave me what I needed just to cover what was hard. And I did it. It didn’t quite look like what I expected but it was still beautiful.

‘Ask for help’ was (is) one of my new year resolutions. It’s so hard asking, but it’s amazing how much easier life is when you do. I’m carrying it over into next year for sure. 👍 💪
