I think this women's saftey is going to be at risk for years to come, regardless of the outcome. People seem to be so polarised. I've watched live streams where people expressing sympathy for Lindsey are getting *eath threat after *eath threat in their feeds.

People do need to learn that's juries have that power. However I would say in a case like this it's practically impossible they would. Cause at its most basic foundation of this case, it is argued that she did kill the kids. No matter what that alone is already gonna paint the bias that she should be guilty. Now of course this doesn't automatically mean she's guilty end of story. But it does show that I highly doubt you'll get an acquittal or jury nullification. Which is why I think it makes sense they wanted the manslaughter charge put it.
