I’m not very good at talking, I’m better at listening. I spent my entire adolescence alone, and I still am, without friends, I’ve never had a girlfriend or even a talking stage. I was completely on my own during the time when a guy my age should have been surrounded by friends to hang out with. Now, I really struggle to trust people or get to know new ones, and I’ve noticed that I’m unable to hold a conversation whether in person or on social media

Self isolation is one of the very fast ways u can fuck ur life up. You stay there for too long and life won’t excite you no more. You become soo used to urself that having people in ur space for a longer period of time just feels overwhelming. You need to step out more. Go to events and spend more time outside even if it’s with urself and then from time to time you will get urself out of it and become comfortable in talking to people again
