So the phone gave his family his location which means it was near him, they say if the family had got there an hour early he would have been saved, they didn't hear back for hours (min 2) and a drive to Toledo from Detroit is 45 min. If he was still alive for hours, why didn't he attempt to call 911 himself? Something seems off.
