It’s isn’t something they should eat as a regular part of their routine diet, but try feeding a tiny bit of green pea, either from a thawed frozen pea or fresh pea. A tiny bit, a little bigger than the size of a pin head, won’t hurt anything as a small single dose of fiber and if she’s constipated, as bettas can get on occasion if stressed and not eating properly, it will help move things through.
