monitoring... it ends when kids turn 18. Instead of monitoring teach them to deal with all sorts of people and generate awareness and critical thinking. otherwise when you can no longer monitor them, they will not be readily for real life.

Someones family can influence your child to think their normal is not ok. I had a child even as a teen suddenly the freinds/ family introduced vapes and helped buy them and hid it. You never know what lengths these parents go to, to be the "cool parents"
