I agreed with everything until he said to project yourself into the future and think about what you will do in 5-10 years..in order to shift your reality you have to understand the importance of identity. There is no future, it simply doesn't exist except in your imagination. It's this moment that's essential. The beliefs surrounding who you think you are today shapes your reality. For example, you're poor. You want financial stability, a 6 figure income, a beautiful home. Instead of perceiving these desires and qualities as something you must achieve in the future, believe you're already the version of you who has it, in the present moment. I know it's easier said than done, our personal beliefs about ourselves can be very rigid. If you can allow yourself the space to embody that version of yourself, your reality will change, it might be subtle at first but it has no choice but to shift. Good luck! 🩵
