charging it overnight is fine dont leave it at full charge for 3+ days if going on vacation park it at 55%ish and never charge immediately after a ride battery is hot even if it doesnt feel like it i usually blast a fan on it for 20 mins then plug it in and leave fan until done charging especially important during hot summer days
