Lol, this is far more complicated. They will have to spend billions fixing the infrastructure in Venezuela before they could even access most of this oil. Will that happen? Maybe. Will Venezuela just nationalize it in 5 years? Maybe 😁

You didn’t mention some pretty important points! No American oil companies are willing to participate in this, and the chosen company to manage it doesn’t even have an office in the US. Their office is in Barbados, and will be given loans to develop this from the American people!

Venezuela has enormous reserves, but getting that heavy, sour crude out of the ground, transporting it safely, and refining it requires specialized infrastructure and billions of dollars of investment. Having 65 billion barrels underground doesn't mean the U.S. suddenly has 65 billion barrels of usable gasoline.

😂😂 the oil will be useless, it's like tar and America can't refine it. it's high in sulphur and will corrode their storage tanks. and even if they managed to, it will cost more than it's worth. Canada can refine it though
