I have very bad seb derm on my scalp and it started spreading to my face. I randomly came across one of your videos and ordered zinc on a whim and have been taking it for a month. Since week 2 I’ve seen at least a 80% reduction of all my symptoms. I am worried about zinc causing copper deficiency, so I may cycle it 60 on 30 off, but the results alone are enough to take the risk. Thank youuuuuuu

this is huge! I have had perioral dermatitis all around my mouth going on 3 months now, have using medicated cream my derm gave me but nothing has made it better, if anything it has spread and gotten way worse. I will be trying zinc!!

I totally agree! Skin issues can be an alarm for internal issues. We opted to treat my son’s cystic acne with high doses of Vïtamïn B5 (Pantothenïc Acid) instead of Accutane, and it worked so well! Our pediatrician now recommends it for her other patients because of his case and the amazing results.

Thank you so much for sharing! My husband has been battling foliculitis for 4 years. He has been prescribed everything! He now is taking bactrim and minocycline everyday which can cause cdif. Which zinc and what strength? He was put on Accutane and that made him have open sores on his head and face and he couldn’t let anything touch his head because it hurt so bad.
