@iamsharieddington: Can I be honest. I am very much called to the development and spiritual formation of leaders (male & female). It is my apostolic call and life work to develop senior pastors and raise up 5 fold gifts. I have been working on what God has called me to build in order to do that. However, the burden to develop women in ministry won't leave me. Recently I have had an overwhelming amount of women reaching out to me who are newly discovering their call to ministry and though they desire to obey God, they are scared and ill-eqiupped. It has been burdening me in a heavy way because this is constantly an issue. Women are too often over looked, yet we make up the majority of those serving in churches around the world. I honestly was thinking I wasn't going to do a 2 Day Pretty & Powerful Intensive WKND in 2027 as I have usually done because God was giving me instructions for something else for leaders, which I still believe He desires me to do but... I am considering doing a 1.5 day P2U Intensive event focusing on those who feel they are called to ministry or are newly called to ministry. It will be A LOT of information in a short amount of time...almost like a MINISTRY BOOTCAMP. Ladies, I want to hear you all's thoughts.
