My mom literally got a call from a man she used to date begging her not to marry my dad and she STILL MARRIED MY FATHER (the other man went on to become a very wealthy record label owner… my father went to jail for 10 years 😭)

she didn't even want to marry him. she didn't even really want to date him. he pressured her every step of the way, threatened suicide, disappeared before the wedding and sent his mom to deliver the ring (he proposed over the phone) her parents made her go through with it and use the money she had saved up so she could travel. she wanted to be a nanny. she spent almost 30 years being manipulated,mentally, financially,and physically abused by him. he cheated on her multiple times, gave her an incurable std from it. if I could go back in time I'd stop the wedding.
