Because they decided Jill’s story didn’t have as much value as Leon’s trilogy (2R, 4R, and 9) so they gave it to a completely different team (b team) so they could focus on the Leon legacy series (a team). It pmo so much to because Jill and nemesis were literally the poster characters for the series for years before OG4 released and they continue to mistreat her or ignore her over her male counterparts.

I enjoyed the remake, but it had been years since I’d played the original. Going back to the OG made me realize just how rushed and incomplete the remake feels by comparison. We deserved so much more, and we absolutely deserve a Director’s Cut. 😭

og re3 has this like, dystopian design to raccoon city i cant describe that borders on punk and i love it so much for that it fits the series

the pacing of the remake is sooo bad, especially jarring if you play them back-to-back bc in the amount of time it would've taken you to get midway through rpd in re2r you've already been through like 5 different areas in re3r 😭

Clock tower, parc, rpd with Jill. We spend more time in raccoon city in the OG than the remake… RE3 is the RC street. The only part they do great was the hospital
