GTA was developed on the normal PS5, the frame rate has already been confirmed to be locked at 30fps for both. And digital foundry has already speculated that CPU limitation will most likely keep any pro enhancements from being that much better than the regular. So at best expect POSSIBLY, slightly better ray tracing and a better resolution but that most likely won't even be available at launch.
