Mini Cinnamon Sugar Donuts! Ingredients * 1 tsp yeast * 3 tbsp sugar * 110 ml milk (⅓ cup + 2 tbsp) * 1 egg * 280 g flour (≈ 2¼ cups) * 1 tsp salt * 38 g softened butter (≈ 2 tbsp + 2 tsp) Cinnamon Sugar Coating * 140 g sugar (≈ ⅔ cup) * 1 tsp ground cinnamon Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix the milk, yeast, and sugar. Add the egg, flour, salt, and softened butter all at once, then mix and coil fold the dough several times. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes. Coil fold again, cover, and let rise for 2 hours or until doubled in size. 2. Place your dough onto a work surface and shape it into a long log. Using a knife, cut it into 24 equal pieces. 3. Roll each piece into a ball and place it onto a small square of parchment paper. Gently flatten each one, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes. Uncover and let rest for another 5 minutes before frying. 4. Make sure the oil is hot before frying. Carefully place the donuts into the hot oil, gently remove the parchment paper, and fry until golden on both sides. 5. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together. While the donuts are still warm, coat both sides in the cinnamon sugar. #donuts #donut #bread #breadtok #homemade
