I'm not worried at all. I am an educator and manager and use it to streamline or crunch a LOT of data or to reword my sometimes stream of concious way of writing. After staring at multiple spreadsheets for hours on end to complete a project or in using it to structure essays or lesson plans, I do not hide and actively teach my coworkers, employees and students how to use the prompts that I do. I also don't blindly copy and paste and I think that's where quite a few people break down and get so scared like you said about this whole watermark thing. If you're not pushing back on its output at times, fact-checking, double-checking or giving prompts a certain way, then just copy/paste, then yeah...crap in, crap out. But while I have feelings about data centers and water usage (esp living in Phoenix), if people don't start getting on board a little bit with AI then they'll be left behind when it inevitably enters more and more things. People are allowed to have feelings of mistrust, apprehension and even fear about AI but it's not a boogie monster out to steal all our jobs and become our overlord. But does it help simplify certain tasks, streamline documents and help you brainstorm through things more quickly? 100%. Should you guve it all your personal information? Probably not but truth be told, all our information is out there anyways, hence why a data breach email or letter is sent to thousands of people a day. So....give and take. Just be smart about it.
