i don't mind odin i don't mind judge i don't mind outlaw i mind the amount of damage they deal like yes it takes some practice to get maximum value out of these guns but u can't tell me that an odin spam through a wall is as the same difficulty as mastering crosshair placment with vandal or phantom riot would balance everything if it reduced dmg of these guns

The difference between the scenarios you talked about is that not everyone can use the op + chamber at that level and getting those judge kills requires you to put yourself in those spots and have the right timing. A literal iron could’ve done what Verno did and you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. When you’re able to do something that easy at the highest level and call it skill is where the problem starts. I’m not flaming verno either, since he should do anything to win the game but in no way is that skillful.

its only highly potent if you set yourself up for it, if the gun was that broken it would be globally used across every team say like how meta agents are used. please stop mistaking set up plays as cringe. on top of that going b on haven is actually pretty difficult and most casual players cant replicate this “low skill expression” in their ranked games

I agree but theres a very big difference between what brawk was doing last year and this example. He would literally sit in custom games and watch how the other teams moved so he could spam better. Thats crazy. This I think is slightly less skill because you’re just sitting. Easily counterable by just pushing spawn I agree so it should never really win you more than one round but I don’t know I just don’t like this one

I’m all for using any means necessary to win the round but that’s not what I see people arguing with the Odin. No one wants to watch someone at the highest level just sit and hold mouse 1 and get however many kills. It isn’t fun and it isn’t entertaining. The OP takes skill. I’d argue the shotguns take a certain level of skill and are more entertaining. I want pros to play to win but the odin is opposite of entertaining.
