He used intense text manipulation to force her into dressing in lingerie against her explicit "no." He launched a relentless stalking campaign across text and Facebook Messenger when she blocked his Snapchat. Following a full policing audit, the Amazon worker capitulated and pleaded guilty to stalking and unlawful sexual intercourse. Despite arriving at court with a packed bag for jail, Sheriff Simon Collins QC let the non-compliant predator walk free, handing him 300 hours of unpaid work, social work supervision, and a 3-year term on the Sex Offenders Register. The Offender Database UK confirmed that Lewis Findlay was convicted following an intensive public safety operation: Criminal convictions for unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and persistent digital stalking. Abusing a position of trust within the Scouts, exploiting a minor known since childhood, and violating laybys. Total non-compliance, pushing through child refusals, and continuing a grooming track after institutional suspension. Lewis Findlay remains subject to: A strict 3-year court-enforced Community Payback Order and 300 hours of mandatory unpaid labour.
