That is most likely a surface mapping vehicle. they drive around and the laser(silver box with laser warning sticker) maps the surface at super fine detail. It allows the department in charge to see tiny tiny changes in the surface. That data allows them to track and even catch major changes that would lead to road failure.

Ban all mass survellience including Flock, Axon and others and all AI DATA CENTERS! Recall all officials resonsible! Make all NDA'S illegal and all Ai data centers illegal. If officials go ahead wirh these deals without a public vote, make this illegal as well. Communities need to pressure their city council members to hire demolition crews. No vote, no Ai data center! Ban AI!
